این دوره یکی از دوره‌های مورداستفاده در محیط فرودگاهی به‌منظور آشنایی با دستورالعمل‌های ایمنی در شرکت ها و وظایف کارمندان نسبت به حفظ ایمنی در محیط فرودگاه ها میباشد. همچنین این دوره شامل آشنایی با الزامات قوانین مربوط به ایمنی، شناخت خطرهایی همچون حرکت وسایل نقلیه موتوری، حرکت هواپیماها و وسایل پرنده، ماشین سوخت ، فعالیت در شب، کارکردن در ارتفاع و… است که با نگاه ویژه به عوامل و خطاهای انسانی همچون کنترل استرس، مهارت برقراری ارتباط، خستگی و فشار کاری ، مهارت هایی را در افراد به وجود می‌آورد که در شرایطی همچون شرایط اضطراری که نیاز به‌عکس العمل های سریع میباشد با گزارش دهی و برنامه‌ریزی مناسب بالاترین سطح ایمنی ممکن را ایجاد کنند.
