شرکت کنندگان در ابتدای این دوره با سازمان هواپیمایی جهانی (ICAO) ، شرکت های هواپیمایی ، خدمات زمینی و الفبای هوانوردی آشنا می شوند و پس از آن به فراگیری مباحث پیشرفته مانند خدمات مسافر ، امنیت ، تجهیزات زمینی ، کالاهای خطرناک در هوانوردی و … می پردازند.
